Enduring Power of Attorney

An enduring power of attorney allows a person (the attorney) to legally conduct the financial, legal or personal affairs, on behalf of another person (the principal). They end upon the death of the principal.

Medical Treatment Decision Maker

You may appoint a person (rather than leave
to next of kin) to have the legal authority to make medical treatment decisions for you in the event you are unable to make such decisions for yourself (you have lost ‘capacity’), giving you peace of mind.
